We receive applications between March 1 and May 30, then our board reviews select cases within a 30 day window. When assistance is approved, we coordinate payment straight to participating clinics or hospitals, never as unrestricted cash. This protects families and donors, supports ethical use of funds, and reduces stressful billing steps during an already overwhelming time.
